The Charm of Domination is a power of Sorcery Prestige Class of the Five Magics. This spell reflects the combination of each of the Five magics to modify and increase that powers potentcy and may only be employed by an Archmagist (1 level in each of the Prestige Classes of the Five Magics). The caster invokes this spell while casting the Sorcerer's Charm of Domination by using thaumaturgy (requires DC 20 Fortitude Save or become fatigued) to draw on a fire source and thus the principle that fire permeates all (source of the dispell seed) to get passed barriers preventing the Domination. The material component of the spell are eye cusps of magnification (perfection is eternal) that aid in magnifying the Domination to get passed barriers.   These lenses also must have been soaked in a potion of polymorph (attributes without mirror the powers within, source of the Transform Seed)  that allows the cusps to be used as a material component and temporarily alter any non-magical or other traits that might block the Domination. In combination, the Charm becomes an epic effect that gains a dispell check with a +23 alchemical bonus against any effect, power, or trait that would block it (the DC to get passed the barrier equals 10+caster level (HD if a trait)). Note this spell does not dispel or get rid of protections they only supress them towards this domination affect, sometimes sporadic flames might be seem licking of the target while this is happening. The Sorcere must still go through the normal Sorceric Test of Wills (at a +5 bonus).  

Option 1: DC to dominate creature = 10 + base will save + will modifiers, check at d20 + casters base will save + will modifiers + charisma bonus.

Option 2: Contest of Will saves with caster also adding charisma bonus

Epic and Divine protections that are specific against Domination may still apply but are subject to the dispell effect that supresses magical protections of spells or devices, SR overcoming affects, and in cases where the effect is non magical the spell has transmutation and transforming affects that change innate, non magical protections. The DC of the spell may be increased to provide additional bonuses to the dispell effect or effect to overcome SR but these must be specified at time of casting.
