Cast only by the Archcleric of the Theocracy with the full compliment of 287 Clerical Archdiocese donating a 5th level miracle. This spell is generally only cast prior to the Redression Account or in times when mankind's full free will is deemed nescessary. This Miracle, sanctioned by the Godhead Anu, prohibits any beings with divine level 1 or more from coming within 30 miles of the point of casting. Any spells or magics (see dispell seed) or influences (+100 Ad hoc DC) cast into the area by such hedged creatures are dispelled at +210 on the dispell check. God's violating this prohibition are also in violation of Anu's Decree and may be subject to sanction by the entire pantheon (146 Divine Levels)
